February is here, and you know what that means,
Valentine’s Day is right around the corner!
Whether you’re brainstorming the perfect gift,
or planning to spend the occasion relaxing on your own,
here are a few healthy ways to show that special someone
(and yes, that someone can be you!) your whole hearted love and affection.
This Valentine’s switch from sweet to salty…Epsom Salt that is!
Even on days of celebration, our bodies can feel tense and anxious.
